It’s alway good to reflect and try to gain perspective when things are busy, especially as an entrepreneur. Which is exactly why I want to start writing down my pits and peaks of the week and sharing them - it’s a great way to look back and see how far everything has come while also letting people know what’s really going on!

PEAKS OF THE WEEK

  • Coming to LA lol honestly, April was hard because there was just a lot going on and I feel like I have always complained that LA slows me down but these trips really come when I need to slow down the most. Although it hasn't quite been the best weather, coming here has been really great for my anxiety.

  • A successful event for Sunrais Health! We have been working with Rajinder Rai and it was so cool to bring together so many bad-ass SA women into a space where they could connect and build genuine relationships. Also hearing from Rajinder's daughter was even more special, and it made me miss my mom... who I will see in 3 days!!!

    • If you haven't been to Etta in Culver City, please go -- the food and service was incredible.

    • Thank you to Elements Truffles, Alaya Tea, Golden Hour Candle Co and Luvih for providing goodies for our gift bags!

    • If you're looking to host an event, please reach out to us 🙂 Its one of my favorite parts of the job!

  • Seeing friends, both old and new and family keeps me recharged and helps balance out the long work days.

  • Structure within Kahani - after my learning day with Entrepreneurly and a few changes we have internally, our team has flourished with the new organization techniques and things are smoother than ever!

Fun Fact about me: One of my major highlights of this week is a super small thing but I loved picking up flowers and arranging them for the event. A general PSA out there lol for anyone who tries to get me any sort of gift, I love flowers ;)

PITS OF THE WEEK

  • This week was overall really smooth honestly, no complaints. There was only one thing that really is on my mind and this one of our long term partnerships with a service partner ending. I think while it was a growth and learning experience for us professionally, the way it was handled felt personal and I am still recovering from that pain, almost like a friend break up. Overall thought this week was one of the more chill weeks I have had in a while and for that I am grateful.
