Hani’s Monthly Book Recap: February
This month was a short month but I was a bad reader this month, I think I really leaned into fiction books this month. Along with fiction, (don't come at me) but I did lean into the Tiktok or Booktok trending books this month because I just wanted to know what the hype was about. With that being said here are my reads for the month:
This one was worth the hype - I know you either love her or you hate her but I loved this one. I read it in either a day or two days but this kept me engaged and on my toes trying to figure out what was going to happen. It was a twist I did not see coming and would highly recommend it.
This was a Reese book club book and another thriller with romance, again kept me on my toes and I could not put it down. If I read a book in a day, you know its a winner!
Another quick read, this was a classic romance with lovers who take some time to find themselves. A really cute read and I just love the way Taylor Jenkins Reid writes her books!
**This does have a trigger warning for domestic violence ** This book again was a within-one-day read. I literally could not put it down and the story was so engaging. I clearly am a sucker for a good romance with a twist and the characters were really powerful. I know you either love her or you hate her but so far I have been loving Colleen Hoover books!
Now we are at 10/52 books for the year and so far I have really loved most of what I have been reading! For those who want to follow on goodreads, here is my profile.
Curious as to where I get my recommendations from? Here are a few places:
Goodreads recommends books based on what I have liked and a few of my friends send recs
Brooke Miccio - I love her taste in books and am a part of her book chat on IG
Katy Bellotte - lover her book recs as well
Caitlin Bea - another good book rec influencer, she has a book guide downloadable and a monthly book club on patreon!
